urgency of public problems
04
need for organizational and operational sustainability
02
need for rapid experimentation
05
strengthening methodological capacity
03
need for cultural transformation on a large scale
06
professionalization of innovation teams
Inteligência estratégica
Nosso modelo de trabalho baseou-se em referências teóricas e estudos de caso de excelência para a identificação de capacidades e práticas essenciais de gestão de laboratórios de inovação alinhadas aos desafios contemporâneos no setor público.

Acceleration journey
I.LAB accelerates laboratories to operate in an integrated manner and strengthen their innovation capabilities. Through diagnosis, co-creation, experimentation, and connection to the ecosystem, each lab evolves in method, maturity, and impact, transforming public innovation into value for governments and society.

Tools
Our unique tools are developed based on innovation by design principles and support the execution of activities in each acceleration program session.
Common tools used in labs and applied on days 1, 5, and 6 of the acceleration program.

Value Blueprint
A strategic tool for defining the lab's purpose with a clearer vision of its challenges, opportunities, values, interests, and objectives.

Implementation Project
A planning tool for transferring the learning and solutions developed in the acceleration program to the practical reality of the lab and the organization.

Storytelling
A tool for meaning-making and socializing learning in accelerated programs, consolidating the experiences, lessons, and knowledge that are now part of the labs' repertoire.
The tools used on days 2, 3, and 4 of the acceleration program are customized according to the framework of each capability.
